Grouping icons in PowerPoint lets you move, resize, and format multiple graphics as a single unit. Use the Graphics Format tab and the Group button in the ribbon to combine selected icons in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Select the icons you want to group inside the slide canvas of your PowerPoint presentation.
- Head to the top menu bar and click Graphics Format.
- Click the Group button in the ribbon.
- Choose Group from the list of options.
- The selected icons in your PowerPoint presentation will now be grouped accordingly.
