Quick summary
This tutorial walks you through how to generate a report in Jira by enabling the Reports feature in Project Settings and selecting a report template from the board. Once generated, the report can be instantly shared with teammates directly from the dashboard.
Steps
- Go to Project Settings in the left sidebar.
- Find and select Features on the left pane.
- Toggle ON the Report feature.
- Go back to your board and click on Reports.
- Choose from the list of Report Templates.
- Hit the Share button on the top right.
- Add names of the People/Team you want to share the report with and hit Share.
