Use this interactive demo to learn how to generate a QR code for your form.

‍

‍

Creating a QR code is a great way to bridge the gap between physical touchpoints—like a printed SaaS onboarding guide—and your digital Microsoft Form.

‍

  1. On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click Apps to see all apps.
  2. Click on Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
  3. Open the specific form for which you wish to create a QR code.
  4. Click the Collect responses button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  5. Click the QR code icon (the small square symbol next to the link and email icons).
  6. Click the Download button to save the QR code as an image (PNG file) to your computer.
  7. Insert the downloaded image into your SaaS marketing materials, emails, or website.

📌 Why this matters

QR codes eliminate the friction between offline marketing and digital data collection, letting people instantly access your form without typing lengthy URLs. You can track response patterns to understand which physical touchpoints drive the most engagement—whether it's a conference booth, printed flyer, or product packaging.

This creates a direct measurement loop between your offline marketing spend and actual form completions, giving you concrete data on what's working in your physical marketing efforts rather than relying on guesswork.
