Freezing a column in Airtable locks it in place so it stays visible as you scroll horizontally across your table. You can freeze any column instantly by clicking and dragging the freeze line to the right.
Steps
- Locate the freeze line at the left edge of your Airtable grid view — click on it to begin the freeze action.
- Click and hold the mouse on the freeze line, then drag it to the right to include the columns you want to freeze.
- Release the mouse — the column is now frozen and will remain fixed as you scroll horizontally through your table.
