Microsoft Forms Form ID appears in the browser URL when editing or previewing your form, needed for Power Automate flows or API integrations.

On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click Apps to see all apps.
Click on Forms to open Microsoft Forms.

Look at the Address Bar (URL) of your web browser at the very top of the screen.
