How to Filter Potential Leads Automatically in ActiveCampaign

‍

‍

You can easily filter potential leads automatically in ActiveCampaign by assigning a specific tag to new subscribers. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

‍

  1. Inside the ActiveCampaign's automation builder, access the main dashboard and click 'Add a Start Trigger'.
  2. Find and choose 'Submits a Form' from the available Trigger options.
  3. Following that, click the 'Select Form' menu and pick your lead generation form from the given choices.
  4. Tap 'Save' afterwards to apply the changes.
  5. Click the 'Add' icon on the main dashboard of ActiveCampaign's automation builder to configure the Action.
  6. Select 'Contacts' from the list of options.
  7. Next, find and click 'Add a Tag'.
  8. Tap the text field and type the tag you want to use as a filter for potential leads.
  9. Finally, click 'Save' to proceed.
  10. Once done, navigate to the top-right corner and click 'Active' to enable the automation. While it is active, you can easily filter and find potential leads from your contact list.
