How to Fade Edges of Photo in Canva

To fade the edges of a photo in Canva, follow these steps:

  1. On the edit toolbar, click 'Elements'.
  2. Enter 'Gradient frame' in the search bar and select from the results.
  3. Click your preferred frame and it will automatically be added to your Canva.
  4. Adjust the size and position.
  5. Place your photo inside the frame to achieve a faded edge effect.
  6. Click the duplicate icon.
  7. Adjust the position of the duplicated gradient frame.
  8. Place it on the opposite side to achieve the faded edge effect.
  9. That's it! By following these steps, you can effectively fade the edges of a photo in Canva. Click 'Share' to save or download your work.
