Zendesk agents can export tickets as a CSV file directly from the agent dashboard using the Views panel and the Actions menu. The exported file is delivered instantly to your registered email address, making it easy to analyze or share ticket data outside of Zendesk.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Views.
- Select the specific ticket category you want to export from the Views list.
- Go to the top-right corner and click the Actions button.
- Choose Export as CSV from the dropdown list of options.
- The tickets will be exported instantly and sent to your registered email address.
