How to Export Zendesk Tickets as CSV
It is very easy to export Zendesk tickets as CSV. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:
Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Views'.
Following that, select the specific category of tickets you want to export.
Head over to the top-right corner afterwards and click 'Actions'.
Choose 'Export as CSV' from the list of options.
After completing these steps, the tickets will be exported instantly to your registered email address.
