Quick summary
This demo shows how to integrate Jira with Zendesk by navigating to the Admin Center and completing the OAuth connection setup. Once linked, support teams can sync Jira issues directly from Zendesk tickets to streamline cross-team workflows.
Steps
- In Zendesk Admin Center, go to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Select Integrations from the list of options.
- Find Jira in the integrations list and click the More Actions button next to it.
- Click Connect to proceed with the Jira integration setup.
- Enter your Jira server URL into the provided input field.
- Click Connect Jira and log in to your Jira account.
- Click Accept to grant the required permissions to Zendesk.
- Click Allow to accept the terms and complete the Jira-Zendesk integration.
