1. On n8n's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'Admin Panel'.
2. After that, click the 'Manage' tab.
3. Tap 'Export' to proceed.
4. Under the Export Data section, click the menu and select the cloud backup you want to download.
5. Once done, click 'Download Workflows'.
6. Finally, your n8n workflow data will be exported as a ZIP file. Browse through your Downloads folder to access it on your end.
