1. Click "Jetpack" and head to the "Forms" section in your WordPress dashboard to get started.
2. Select "Forms" to open the tool.
3. Now, you'll see all the submissions. Click the "Export" button to download them as a CSV file.
4. Choose your export preferences—date range, specific fields, or all entries. Pick what works for you.
5. Hit "Download" and your entries will save to your device. 
6. All done! Your form data is ready to analyze, share, or archive however you need.
