You can export your data using Excel. Here’s how to do it:
- Head to your Dynamics 365 dashboard and click on 'Customers' in the main menu. Then select 'Contacts' to view the records you'll export.
- Pick the records you need by checking the boxes next to them. Focus on selecting the columns that'll actually be useful for your work.
- Click 'Export to Excel' from the toolbar above. Your file will download automatically.
