Exporting contacts from ManyChat lets you download your subscriber list as a file for backup or use in external tools. Using the Bulk Actions menu in the Contacts section, you can select and export PSIDs in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Navigate to the Contacts section in ManyChat, where all your subscriber data is stored.
- Select the contacts you want to export by checking the box next to each contact.
- Click the Bulk Actions menu to reveal the available export options.
- Click Export PSIDs from the menu to download your contacts as a file, ready for backup or use in other systems.
