Quick summary
The PowerPoint Notes pane lets presenters add speaker notes or supplemental information directly below each slide. Entering text in the Notes pane is a quick, built-in way to keep talking points organized without cluttering your slides.
Steps
- Navigate to the slide where you want to add notes.
- Look at the bottom of the screen and find the Notes pane.
- Click inside the Notes pane where it says "Click to add notes".
- Type your speaker notes or any additional information you want to include.
