How to Enable Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms is automatically available for personal Microsoft accounts—there’s no admin activation required. Follow these steps to access it:

1. On your Microsoft 365 home page, click the App launcher (grid icon) in the top-left corner.
2. Select Forms from the app list.
3. If you don’t see it, click Install apps or use the search bar to find Forms.
