How to download Tableau Public

Tableau is a data visualization tool for creating interactive charts and dashboards. This guide shows how to download and install Tableau Public:

1. Open your browser and search for Tableau Public
2. On the search results, click and open the Tableau Public sitelink.
3. On the Tableau homepage, click ‘Create.’
4. From the dropdown menu, click ‘Download Tableau Desktop Public Edition.
5. Choose your role from the list below depending on how you plan to use the app.
6. Complete the required fields (e.g., Company name, Title, number of employees)
7. After completing all required fields, select ‘Download the app’ to automatically start the download.
8. In your downloads list, wait for the installer to finish downloading.
