Microsoft Forms exports all responses to Excel instantly for analysis, reporting, or backups with timestamps and full data.
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click Apps to see all apps.
- Click on Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
- Open the specific form that has the data you want to export.
- Click the View Responses tab at the top of the editor.
- Click Open results in Excel to export your data.
- Head to File in the top menu to access export options.
- Click Export to choose your preferred file format.
- Select your preferred format to save a shareable version of your results.
- Hit Download, and you're done—your PDF is ready to go!
