Quick summary
Constant Contact lets you export contacts directly from the All Contacts view by selecting records, choosing Export from the Actions menu, and downloading a CSV file to your device. This step-by-step process gives you full control over which contact fields are included in your downloaded file.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel and click Contacts.
- Choose All Contacts from the list of options.
- Select the contacts you want to download by ticking the checkbox beside each one.
- Tap the Actions menu.
- Select Export to proceed.
- Choose the fields you want to include one by one, then tap Export.
- Once contacts are successfully exported, click Download CSV to save a copy to your device.
