It is very easy to disable Grok’s data usage on X. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- On X's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'More'.
- Select 'Settings and Privacy' to proceed.
- After that, click 'Privacy and Safety'.
- Subsequently, tap 'Grok & Third-Party Collaborators'.
- Untick the checkbox next to 'Allow your public data as well as your interactions, inputs, and results with Grok and xAI to be used for training and fine-tuning’.
- From here on, Grok will stop using your public data for model training and other similar processes.
