How to Delete Tax Return in TurboTax

Deleting a tax return is easy. Here’s how to do it:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
2. Go to "Tax Tools" found in the left menu.
3. Choose and select "Tools" from the menu.
4. Select "Clear & Start Over" from the lists.
5. Hit "I want to clear my tax data" to continue.
6. To confirm, click "Yes, clear my tax data". This deletes all entered data and lets you restart.
