How To Delete Responses in Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms allows permanent deletion of individual or all responses directly from the Responses tab to clean test data or duplicates.

1. On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click Apps to see all apps.
2. Click on Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
3. Open the specific form that contains the data you want to remove.
4. Click View responses to see all collected feedback before deleting.
5. Click the three dots menu to reveal more options.
6. Select Delete all responses to permanently remove all collected data.
7. Confirm by clicking Delete. Once done, your survey starts fresh with zero responses.
8. Your responses are now cleared.
