Steps
- Navigate your mouse to the Contacts menu.
- Search for a contact by entering their name or email in the search field.
- Click the contact that has a duplicate entry.
- Click the drop-down menu beside the Send a Campaign option.
- Choose Merge from the dropdown options.
- A modal will appear showing the duplicated contact — click Merge to proceed.
- Click Next to continue to the next step.
- Review and check each checkbox to confirm which data to keep.
- Click Merge to delete the abandoned duplicate contact once you have confirmed it is not connected to anything important.
