How to Delete Bounced Email Addresses in Constant Contact

Use this interactive demo to learn how to delete bounced email addresses from your Constant Contact account.

It is very easy to delete bounced email addresses in Constant Contact. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

‍

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Reporting'.
  2. After that, scroll down to the Email Campaigns section and find the campaign you want to edit. Click the indicated number of bounces next to it.
  3. Tick the checkbox in the column header to select the bounced email addresses.
  4. Subsequently, click the 'Actions' menu to proceed.
  5. Pick 'Delete' from the list of options.
  6. Agree with the terms, then click 'Delete Only'.
  7. After completing these steps, the selected bounced email addresses will be deleted from your Constant Contact email list.
