Steps

  1. On Jira's main home page, click the search bar in the top navigation bar.
  2. Tap View All Work Items to see the full list of issues.
  3. Click the More Filters menu under Basic search mode.
  4. Find Creator from the filter list and tick the checkbox beside it.
  5. Tick the checkbox beside the Current User option to filter tickets you created.
  6. Find the ticket you want to delete and tick the checkbox beside it.
  7. Tap Delete in the floating menu bar.
  8. Type 'delete' into the confirmation input field, then tap Delete to confirm.
  9. The selected Jira ticket will be permanently deleted.
