Google Slides includes a built-in Remove Background tool that lets you cut out image backgrounds directly within your presentation. Select any image on your slide and use the Remove background button to instantly strip the background without third-party software.
Steps
- Open your presentation in Google Slides.
- Click the image you want to edit — the Remove background button will automatically appear below the image.
- If the Remove background button does not appear, right-click the image and select Remove background from the context menu.
- Review the updated image on your slide to confirm the background has been removed.
