- Log in to Zoho CRM, and click on the gear icon on the upper right corner of the screen.
- Under Customization, select "Modules and Fields".
- Select the module you want to customize.
- Click the Standard Layout (or another layout if available) to edit the fields.
- Drag and drop a field type from the field panel into the layout or edit an existing field.
- Enter the field name.
- Click on the 3 dots and choose the field type, and set options such as required fields or permissions.
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.
