Steps
- Open your AI video tool (e.g., heygen.com) and sign in or create an account.
- Enter a prompt describing the Short you want to create (e.g., a 30-second vertical video explaining the top three benefits of B2B demo software).
- Select a vertical 9:16 format or a Shorts-specific template if prompted.
- Review the AI-generated script, visuals, and voiceover, then make any edits needed in the editor.
- Download the finished video to your device.
- Sign in to YouTube Studio and click Create > Upload videos.
- Upload the exported file and fill in the Title and Description fields.
- On the Visibility step, select Private, Unlisted, or Public and click Save or Publish.
