It is very easy to create your first post on Hootsuite. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:
- On Hootsuite's main dashboard, tap 'Create a Post' at the top-right corner.
- Following that, tap the 'Publish To' menu and select the platforms where you wish to publish the post. Simply tick the checkbox beside your preferred social accounts.
- Tap the text box afterwards, then type your social media caption.
- Subsequently, click the 'Add Media' icon and then upload the image or video you want to add to your post.
- Once done, review the appearance of the post and then tap 'Post Now' to proceed. Alternatively, you may click 'Save As Draft' or 'Schedule For Later' as well.
- After completing these steps, your first Hootsuite post will be created and published based on your input.
