It is very easy to create written skills in the Claude desktop. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:
- On Claude's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and tap your 'Profile' tab.
- Choose 'Settings' from the list of options.
- Following that, click the 'Capabilities' tab.
- Go to the Skills section, then tap 'Add' to proceed.
- Subsequently, select 'Write Skill Instructions' from the available options.
- Come up with a unique Skill Name and Description. Enter the details into their respective input fields.
- After that, write a detailed instruction related to the skill you want to create and type it into the next entry field.
- Once done, click 'Create' to save your new inputs.
- Finally, a new written skill will be created and added to your Claude account.
