Steps
- In the board view of your Jira space, go to the top navigation bar and click the 'More Options' button next to its name.
- Choose 'Board Settings' from the list of options.
- Click the 'Layout' tab in the left-hand panel.
- Choose 'Swimlanes' from the list of options.
- Tap 'Create Swimlane' to proceed.
