How to Create Structures in Jira

Steps

1. On Jira's main home page, navigate to the left-hand panel and click Apps.
2. Tap Structure from the Apps dropdown to proceed.
3. Choose Structure from the list of available options.
4. Click Create a New Structure to begin the setup.
5. Select Continue in Speed Mode for a quick and streamlined creation process.
6. Click the space you want to include, then click Continue.
7. Review the included work items and their groupings, adding or removing levels as needed.
8. Click Continue to proceed to the naming step.
9. Fill in the essential details: Name, Label, Description, and Access Type.
10. Click Create to apply and finalize your new Structure.
11. Your new Structure is now created and added to the selected Jira space.
