Use this interactive demo to learn how to create recurring tasks in your Monday.com workspace.

To create recurring tasks in Monday.com, you can use Automations so you don't have to manually create them every time. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click on the 'Automations' button at the top of the board.
  2. Click 'Add automation'.
  3. Select one of the following automation recipes.
  4. Click the 'Every time period' option.
  5. After choosing the automation recipe, you'll be prompted to define the frequency of the recurring task. Select 'Weekly' or 'Daily'.
  6. Choose the day(s) of the week to repeat the task.
  7. Customize the task details and select what the recurring task will look like.
  8. Choose the group where the duplicate will be created.
  9. Select the team to notify about the recurring task.
  10. Once you've set the frequency and the task details, click 'Create automation' to activate the automation.
  11. By following these steps, you can easily set up recurring tasks in Monday.com, helping you automate repetitive tasks and stay organized.
