To delete a Monday.com account, admins must navigate through Administration and Billing settings to initiate account closure and permanently remove all associated data. The process requires multiple confirmations to prevent accidental account deletion, ensuring no data is lost unintentionally.
Steps
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner.
- Select Administration from the dropdown menu.
- Select Billing from the left-hand navigation.
- Click Close my account at the bottom of the Billing page.
- Review the final confirmation prompt and click Close account to confirm permanent deletion.
- Once your account is closed, click Delete my account to proceed.
- Select Delete account data for good to confirm full data removal.
- Check the checkbox to start the deletion process.
- Click Delete data anyway to finalize the request.
- Your account is now deleted — all associated boards, workspaces, and data are permanently removed.
