Steps
- Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
- From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.
- In the 'Design Survey' section, navigate to 'Options' from the side menu bar.
- Locate the 'Page title' option and toggle it on by sliding it to the right.
- Once the page title is enabled, click 'Edit'.
- In the 'Page title' field, enter your desired heading text.
- Highlight the heading text you just entered.
- Use 'Bold or Uppercase Text' formatting in the Rich Text Editor to make the heading more prominent.
- Click 'Save' to apply and add the heading to your survey.
- Click 'Preview survey' to confirm how the heading appears to respondents.
