Steps
- Go to the File tab in PowerPoint.
- Select Print from the left-hand menu.
- Click Printer Status to open the printer selection dropdown.
- Select your printer or choose Microsoft Print to PDF to save your handout as a PDF.
- Under the Settings section, click Full Page Slides to open the layout options.
- Select the number of slides per page for your handout format.
- Click Print to proceed.
- Change the file name for your handout output.
- Click Save to export and save your handout.
