How to Create Filters in Insightly

  1. Go to your desired module.
  2. Create a new list and click on the gear icon.
  3. Select 'Add New List View'.
  4. Enter a name for your list and click 'Save List view'.
  5. Open the filtering menu to narrow down your organization list.
  6. Click 'Add a Filter Row', create a new filter to segment organizations by specific criteria.
  7. Choose which organization field you want to filter by.
  8. Modify the condition type to refine how your filter works.
  9. Select the exact match condition for precise filtering results.
  10. Finalize your city selection to apply the location filter.
  11. The filter will now appear in your saved filters or view list for future use.
