Use this interactive demo to learn how to create a custom avatar in HeyGen.

Creating a custom avatar in HeyGen allows you to build a personalized AI avatar using your own photo or video.

Log in to your HeyGen account and go to your dashboard.
On the left side panel, click Avatar section to view avatar options.
Click Create avatar to start the setup process.
Select Custom avatar as the avatar type.
Upload your photo or video to use as the base for your avatar.
Click "Upload" to submit your selected photo.
Fill in the avatar details such as name, appearance, and required fields.
Click this button to add a voice to your avatar.
You can now use the customized avatar to start your projects.
