This demo shows how to create an email template in Zendesk Sell by navigating through Settings to the Email Templates section. Sales teams can use this feature to standardize outreach, reduce manual writing, and send consistent messages at scale.
Steps
- Navigate to the top menu bar and click the Zendesk Products icon.
- Select Sell from the list of available product options.
- In the left-side panel, click Settings.
- Under the Customize section, choose Email Templates.
- On the main dashboard, click Add Template to begin creating a new template.
- Assign a unique template name to identify it in your library.
- Add your preferred tags and configure the access settings.
- Enter your desired email subject into the provided input field.
- Compose the body of the email with your message content.
- Click Save to add the new email template to your library.
