Steps
- Go to your Chat tab in the left-hand sidebar and click on the video icon to initiate a new meeting.
- Give your meeting a name and click 'Get a link to share' to generate a shareable meeting link.
- Copy the meeting link and choose to share it via email or message with your participants.
- Click 'Start meeting' to proceed to the meeting setup screen.
- Select your audio and video preferences, then click 'Join now' to enter the meeting.
- Your meeting screen is now live — this is how the active Teams meeting interface will appear.
