How to Create a Plain Text Version of SendGrid Emails

‍

‍

It is very easy to create a plain text version of SendGrid emails. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

‍

  1. Inside SendGrid's Design Editor, go to the left-side panel and tap the 'Build' tab.
  2. After that, grab the 'Text' module and drag it to the main workspace area.
  3. Access the module and then delete the text fillers. Subsequently, paste the content from the original email design you want to convert into plain text.
  4. Following that, navigate to the left-side panel and then fix the text format of the content using the available set of tools. For instance, you may change the text style, font, text size, text color, and other similar elements.
  5. Once done, tap 'Save' to apply the changes.
  6. After completing these steps, the plain text version of the selected SendGrid email will be created.
