Here’s how to do it:
- Start by opening 'Customers' from the sidebar and selecting 'Contacts'.
- From there, choose 'Edit columns' to pick which contact details you want displayed.
- If you need to build a new view, select 'Add columns' and choose the fields you want included.
- Choose which columns you want to display in your view.
- Set the sort order so your most important data shows up first.
- Hit 'Apply' to lock in your custom view settings.
- Click 'Edit filters’ to choose which contact details you want visible in your view.
- Then, select '+ Add' to include any filter criteria.
- Click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
- Click on the drop down arrow next to the view title.
- From the menu, select 'Save as new view'.
- Give your personal view a descriptive name.
- Click 'Save' and that's it! you're all set with your personalized Dynamics 365 view.
