ClickUp's built-in Gantt chart view lets teams visualize tasks and project timelines without any third-party tools. Once enabled, the Gantt view automatically syncs with your existing List view, keeping all task data consistent in real time.
Steps
- Go to your Workspace in ClickUp.
- Open the Folder or List that contains the tasks you want to visualize on a Gantt chart.
- Select the +View icon at the top of the screen to add a new view.
- Choose Gantt from the list of available view types.
- Name your Gantt view to identify it within your project.
- ClickUp will automatically generate a Gantt chart displaying all your tasks and project details.
- Use the Gantt chart to add new tasks directly from the timeline view.
- Any new task added in the Gantt chart will automatically appear in the List view, keeping both views in sync.
