Use this interactive demo to learn how to create a form in Asana.

Here’s a step by step tutorial on how to create a form in Asana:

  1. Open an existing project.
  2. Navigate to the 'Customize' tab.
  3. Under the 'Add' menu, click 'Forms'.
  4. Start editing your form, you can add a description.
  5. You can add a 'Date' to your form.
  6. Create a question.
  7. Set it as 'Required'.
  8. You may also add attachments, just click on the 'Attachments' option.
  9. Check the check box to allow multiple attachments.
  10. You can also change the position of each question by clicking the upward and downward arrow icons.
  11. This is what your form will look like once you click the 'View form' in Asana.
  12. Click 'View form' to check your form.
  13. If you want to share the form just click on the 'Share form'.
  14. Share your form via email.
  15. Click 'Share form' to proceed.
  16. You may also share your form via link by clicking the 'Copy link' option.
  17. Once you're satisfied with your form, click 'Publish'.
