The Confluence Expand macro lets you create a collapsible dropdown section that hides content until a reader clicks to reveal it. Using the /expand slash command, you can add a titled dropdown to any Confluence page in under a minute.
Steps
- In the Confluence page editor, type /expand and select "Expand" from the dropdown menu that appears.
- In the Title field, enter the label you want readers to see when the section is collapsed.
- In the body of the Expand macro, add the content you want hidden until the section is expanded.
- Click Publish or Update to save the page and make your dropdown live.
