Quick summary
A competitive analysis template in Coda lets teams track competitors, compare pricing, and surface strengths and weaknesses in a single structured table view. Using Coda's built-in Filtered Views, you can slice competitor data by any column to support faster, more informed strategic decisions.
Steps
- Click "New Doc" and name it "Competitive Analysis" to create a dedicated workspace.
- Click "+" and select "Table" to insert a structured data table into the document.
- Add the columns: "Competitor Name," "Product/Service," "Strengths," "Weaknesses," "Pricing," and "Website/Link" to define your analysis framework.
- List key competitors and fill in their strengths, weaknesses, and pricing for each row.
- Highlight strengths in green and weaknesses in red to improve visual clarity across the table.
- Use Filtered Views to compare competitors by pricing, features, or strengths for targeted analysis.
