ClickUp's checklist template feature lets you save and reuse structured task lists across projects without rebuilding them from scratch. Once saved, checklist templates are searchable across all spaces you have access to, making team-wide standardization fast and easy.
Steps
- Open a task and create checklist items under the '+ Create Checklist' section.
- Add new checklist items to build out your list.
- Hover over 'Checklists' and click the ellipsis icon to open the dropdown menu.
- Click 'Save as Template' from the dropdown options.
- Type the name of your new checklist template.
- Select who to share the template with.
- Click 'Save Template' to confirm and store the template.
- When creating future checklists, search for saved templates across all spaces you have access to.
