Use this interactive demo to walk through the steps of converting a Google Form to a Microsoft Form.

‍

‍

To convert your Google Form to Microsoft Forms, use Microsoft Forms' built-in Quick Import feature with a PDF export. Here's a simple guide:

‍

  1. On your Google Docs dashboard, click the Main Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Forms to view your active projects.
  2. Click on the specific form you want to connect to your Outlook audience.
  3. Click on the Three Dots on the top right corner, then select the Print button.
  4. Go to your Microsoft Forms, and click Quick Import in the top-left corner.
  5.  Click Select a Word or PDF file to upload and auto-convert questions into your form.
  6. Choose Form as your import file.
  7. Click Start review to preview and finalize your form, and you're all set!

📌 Why this matters

Converting Google Forms to Microsoft Forms lets you reach audiences already embedded in the Microsoft ecosystem without rebuilding surveys from scratch. Your organization might use Office 365 for email and collaboration while you've built forms in Google's platform, creating a disconnect between your data collection and workflow tools.

Microsoft Forms integrates seamlessly with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, meaning responses flow directly into systems your team already monitors daily, eliminating the need to juggle multiple platforms for survey management.
