Use this interactive demo to learn how to contact your TurboTax customer service.
  1. Log into your TurboTax account. You'll need to be signed in to access customer support options.
  2. Scroll down and find "Expert help" at the bottom of the page, then click it to get started.
  3. Click "Connect with an expert" to kick off your support request.
  4. Describe your issue clearly—give enough context so the expert knows exactly what you need help with.
  5. Type your question or concern in the text box, then click "Continue" to move forward.
  6. Choose "Phone call" if you'd prefer to talk through your issue with a live person.
  7. You can select "Start chat" to get help via live chat.
