1. Log into your TurboTax account first—you'll need to be signed in to reach support.
2. Scroll down and click "Expert help" at the bottom of the page to get started.
3. Click "Connect with an expert" to start the process.
4. Describe your issue clearly so the expert knows exactly how to help you.
5. Type your question in the text box, then click "Continue" to proceed.
6. Pick "Phone call" to speak with someone directly.
