Steps
- Go to the search bar, click the Jobs button, and select Talent.
- Use the search bar to find the person you want to message by their name or project title.
- Click on the freelancer's profile and click Invite to Job.
- Compose and customize your message according to your needs.
- Click Complete Your Job Post to finalize and send your outreach.
